Yes, eligibility requirements are as follows: 1. You as the "Buyer" must be a registered client with Selective Realty Group registered through BuildersRebate.com prior to any offering of our BuildersRebate.com certificate. 2. You also must inform each builder that you come into initial contact with, that you are working with Selective Realty Group upon Initial contact (In-person, Phone or text) with the Builder's representative. 3. You will be assigned a Buyer's Agent with Selective Realty Group to ensure your new home purchase experience with the builder is on point as well as all of your questions and concerns addressed during your new home purchase transaction.
