First-time homebuyers: Applicants must be first-time homebuyers or haven't owned a primary residence in the last three years.

Florida employment: Applicants must work full-time (35+ hours per week) with a Florida-based employer. Veterans and active-duty service members are exempt from this requirement.

Income limits: $133,000 - $179,000 depending on each county

Credit score: Applicants need a minimum credit score of 640.
